I just replied to your email about your VisaNet Data Services access request. We are unable to accommodate your VisaNet Data Services access request because your use case is not eligible for this API. The reason your access request is rejected is because this API is intended primarily for processors. Also, there's no set timeline to when we make a decision to approve or reject an API access request because each case varies by use case and other determining factors, as well (e.g. if you are currently engaged with a Visa representative or not, etc.).
