credit card payments

Good day, I am a new visa developer trying to integrate the platform

My application requires users to add their credit card details and bank accounts

Payments can then be settled to the credit cards or bank details of registered users

I would appreciate any assistance on how to proceed as the Apis are still unclear to me.
