Our clients will visit our website and place order for spices and textile.

I am planning to provide QR code based payment services, Link based payment services and card payment services for our clients to make payment

but i dont know how to answer the following questions pl guide me.

Who are the intended end users?

What use case functionality will it provide to them?

How are you using Visa APIs to provide services to end users?

Please guide me in this matter

Intended users is asking who is consuming the product, such as who is the customer (e.g. merchant). Use case functionality is asking what your use case is and how the intended users would use your app.  Your last question can be answered with what you wrote in your post, "provide QR code based payment services, Link based payment services and card payment services for our clients to make payment."
