visa Direct push/pull funds

hey guys i am a student who not until lately took an interest in visa direct api 

i am using the funds transfer api push and pull and i am testing with the data provided with api reference and now i am wondering if it was possible to obtain the necessary POST request's  attributes for the push and pull from just the credit card number and cvv

In particular, see the top few paragraphs, that are enclosed in the box with an exclamation mark, that discuss the requirements to use Visa Direct.

hello ,
i just checked the box you were talking about and i wanna explain that i'm not looking to move to production i just want to use the visa direct api with something that allows me to get the informations needed to send a request just from the card number and the cvv
if there's an api that can do this i'll be grateful if you sent me something about it

Hi @DON, 

I am not sure that we have a money movement/payment method API that allows money transfer with just the card number and CVV.  You can also look at Visa Payments Processing API, however if you are looking for a P2P solution Visa Direct would be the best API.
