Can't use Enhanced Foreign Exchange Rate API

Hello.
I am trying to use Enhanced Foreign Exchange Rate API but when i click on API Reference i get an error
"Oops

Either this API does not exist or you do not seem to have access to this API."
Do you know what is happening? Is the api not ready yet?

Re: Can't use Enhanced Foreign Exchange Rate API

Hey @gsake,

Can you please confirm if you are a bank or a processor in Europe? Are you an existing Visa client and what is the name of your company? The Enhanced Foreign Exchange Rates API is a restricted product but if you are a bank or a processor in Europe then we will grant you access to the API.

Thanks,

Diana

I have requested access to the Enhanced Foreign Exchange Rate API but i haven't heard anything for 12 days. Do i have to do something else to use it?
Thank you in advanced

@gsake I'm sorry to hear about that long wait time - I'm looking into it and will escalate. I'll get back to you as soon as I hear back today.

Apologies for the inconvenience, let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Re: Can't use Enhanced Foreign Exchange Rate API

Hey @gsake,

We have received your email at our developer@visa.com mailbox and you have been approved for product access because you are a bank. You'll receive an email once access is granted.

Thanks,

Diana
