Edit Package error in application startup

Hi,

I'm new to VISA processing and products.

I tried installing the Edit Package 4.0 October Release (single host - client + server) in a Windows Server 2016 Std and received the error 1001 "could not find a part of the path C:\EP40\\\C400552\WORKSPACE\PERM.ENV.OPTS.TXT".

I created the folder "C400552\WORKSPACE" inside C:\EP40 and the installation was allowed to proceed, but when I try executing the Edit Package I receive the error below "Error in Application_Startup trying to determine if the user is already log on."

Does anyone know how can I proceed?
