PullFundsTransactions POST

We are building a switch that receives data from ATMs. We have the field track2 ej (1234567890123456=21052010000089500018) and the clear PIN.  We want to do a "PullFundsTransactions POST" but we are not clear about the following fields:

1. magneticStripeData(track2Data) : you say string | hex binary value is sent as String, Length: maximum 19  . Considering the track2 described above which is the part of this string i must send to your api?
2. pointOfServiceData: integer | positive, Length: totaldigits 2. WHERE ARE THESE DIGITS DESCRIBED ?
3. pointOfServiceCapability(posTerminalType,posTerminalEntryCapability): THE SAME, WHERE ARE THE FIELDS DIGITS MEANING?
4. pinData: it require 16 hex digits  but the PIN we have is contains 4 digits. How we must build this 16 hex  digits?
