VBASS File Column Definition

Hi,

I'm busy consuming the data from the VBASS Bin files and there are a few columns that I can't find any reference to in the documentation. Can someone educate this Luddite around what they mean?

ComboCrdCd

CommrclCrdLvl2Ind

CommrclCrdLvl3EnhInd

OnlineGamblBlockInd (Assume if this is allowed to be used for Gambling/Betting sites?)

POSDomesticOnlyInd (Assume this is for only local transactions to country of issue?)

RegulatedBinCd

SettlmntMatchInd

SharedBinInd (Assume this is for bins shared between issuers?)

Thank you for your patience. We are in the process of updating the VBASS API documentation on Visa Developer. Please see below for the descriptions of the column headings.

2	Shared BIN Indicator	True if BIN shared by multiple issuers	SharedBinInd
3	BIN Length	Provides BIN length - 6 or 8 digits	BinLength
4	POS Domestic Only	Domestic Only BIN or Account Ranges	POSDomesticOnlyInd
5	Online Gambling Block (Purchases)	Indicates whether Online Gambling is permitted or not	OnlineGamblBlockInd
6	Settlement Match Indicator	Settlement Match	SettlmntMatchInd
7	Brand Indicator	Identifies if the brand or brands is associated with the account range.	BrandCd

I noticed that there is not much detail on the actual values in the Combo Card field -- can you clarify what the various values: A, C, N, Blank stand for?
