VBASS Full BIN List API 'binRangePaymentAccountType' sequence

Hi,

We're moving VBASS Full BIN List API to prod. and would like to know whether the API first returns all records with 'binRangePaymentAccountType' ='P' then 'binRangePaymentAccountType' ='T'?

Because we only need 'P' Bin Range Payment Account Type & want to avoid extra calls to 'T' types.

If there's no guaranteed order for the account types, please let us know so we can fetch all records then filter on our end.

Records for 'binRangePaymentAccountType =P' are first returned and then for 'binRangePaymentAccountType =T'
