Thanks for sending information at our support email. Here is the resolution:
Logs suggest you didn’t send wsi_client_cert while calling paai API and resulted with error code 9124.

TR="myExecutor-39" LN="c.v.g.a.t.ARMControllerService" MSG=Request doesn't contain wsi_client_cert header
Could you please add wsi_client_cert header while making call.
