502 Bad Gateway

Hi there,

I am trying to test the connection with Helloworld code and getting the following message

<html>
<head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head>
<body>
<center><h1>502 Bad Gateway</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx</center>
</body>
</html>

However it was working fine earlier. Can someone help me in identifying the issue please.?

Re: 502 Bad Gateway

We got the same issue. Seems some of the APIs are down right now.

Does Visa have a status page?

Re: 502 Bad Gateway

Hi Diana,

Thanks for getting back to us. The issue was resolved early Monday.

A status page would be very helpful. Could we get this on the roadmap?

Thanks

Stefan

Re: 502 Bad Gateway

Hey @sarmasasthi,

I'm happy to help resolve the issue. Can you please provide the information below so we can help troubleshoot the issue?

1. Endpoint
2. Request Header
3. Request Body
4. Response Header (include the x-correlation-id)
5. Response Body

Using SoapUI, you can get the x-correlation-id in the Raw Tab of the response header.

Thanks,

Diana H.
