API payement

hi I don't really have technical knowledge but I have a stripe merchant account and stripe accepts any API in its system but I need your help to find out a possibility

is there an API to check all payments received in my stripe account and validate the order if in the payment page there is a visa system ?

I don't understand end users, I ask if this possibility is available to do that, regardless of payment service like google pay and apple pay and paypal

From your use case, it appears that your looking for an API that you can implement for yourself. It appears, you are not developing an app for your business, hence, we do not support end users.
