what is the name of your company? we want to investigate the data provided in that environment. in general, Action code 12 means - invalid transaction and response code C means Visa Signature credit card.
Are you testing a use case for the invalid cards? if not, you can get sample data that has valid card number. Sample data is available in the left pan on your APP dashboard.
