Getting Empty Response from General Attributes Inq...

For the past day and a half we have been receiveing empty responses with a status of 404 from the following service.

General Attributes Inquiry
- No body is returned in the response so we are unsure of what is happening
- On the API Reference site the example call is no longer working either (attached is a screen shot showing the response receieved)

Is there currently a problem with this endpoint?
