How to enable PAN access for other API

Hello.

I've read the documentation, and have used Visa's api.
Using Test Data, entered the general input data, but i've misunderstood, why Primary Account Number(PAN) from Test Data works only for specifical api consequently, I couldn't test the several api(for example Create Card ID for a PAN, Card Validation ,MerchantPushPayments,CashOutPushPayments ) with a single primary Account Number, to see all process and transactions in SandBox. How can i found a single PAN from Test Data, to use it in several Api's.
Please help me.

That's a great question! Currently, VDP Sandbox doesnt support Integrated Test data for all APIs. We do have a plan to do it in future. We will publish about it when it is ready. Thank you!
