Thanks to your responce DianaTran-Yee. Actually, i've got a success responce regarding PAN from Test Data(Section Create Card ID), but i'd like to get a balance of PAN's related to another API(for example Card Validation ) of the current project. But getting reply from another Post (https://community.developer.visa.com/t5/Getting-Started-with-Visa/How-to-enable-PAN-access-for-other-API/m-p/13047#M2237) I've understood, that it's right now impossible.

Hello. I've read the documentation, and have used Visa's api. Using Test Data, entered the general input data, but i've misunderstood, why Primary Account Number(PAN) from Test Data works only for specifical api consequently, I couldn't test the several api(for example Create Card ID for a PAN, Card Validation ,MerchantPushPayments,CashOutPushPayments ) with a single primary Account Number, to see all process and transactions in SandBox. How can i found a single PAN from Test Data, to use it in several Api's. Please help me. Thanks in advance

Thank you for your reply, i've used youg suggest, but it does n't create card id. Could you check please where i wrong?

Hello, I am sending request for resource to create Card ID by PAN: https://sandbox.api.visa.com/dcas/cardservices/v1/cards Body: { "cardIdModel": [ { "pan": "4123640062698797", "lookUpBalances": true } ] } Why I get a responce 404 No Cards Found ? I used a lot of PAN but it doesn't work. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
