Merchant locator API

Can we use Merchant locator API from Asia pacific region for sandbox testing or is that not available for Sandbox testing as well

Merchant Locator documentation and sandbox is available to the public for use in the Asia region, however, this API is not available for use in Production. Please let us know if I can help answer anything else.
