Receiving 429 errors on VISA API

Hi,
I have successfully established the connection to the VISA API: https://sandbox.api.visa.com/forexrates/v1/foreignexchangerstes

However, we are receiving 429 errors when we send multiple requests in sequence. Our requirement is to send request for 40 currencies in sequential order.

Please let me know what is the rate limit allowed per sec for both Test and Prod APIs.
