Test account for Visa Checkout

Hello! I`m new in Visa Developing so I cannot find the response on this question. How I can create a testing account for Visa Checkout  for being able to test, if everything is ok with my implementation. In my project I haven`t got any fields with Test Data, maybe this is the problem. How I can proceed? Thank you very much in advance))) I will be very grateful for all help)) Have a good day guys!
