Treenode not found

HI

Recently I tried to run a VISA Direct Recipient in VTS, but when I try to open it, there an error message:

TreeNode not found for business template id=2097042012

If a press on OK the ID change several times, until the script finally opens, but when I run a test cases nothing happens.

I really appreciate the support.

Hi @mauricio_flores, 

To further investigate, please provide the following information:

1. Endpoint
2. Request Header
3. Request Body
4. Response Header (include the x-correlation-id)
5. Response Body

Using SoapUI, you can find the x-correlation-id in the Raw Tab of the response header.
