Visa Token Service Provisioning and Credential Management - Opening new sandbox environment

1. it is possible to get Visa Token Service Provisioning and Credential Management API's in sandbox environment if we have this section already in Certification environment?

If you're currently in the certification environment then you should have an API Specialist that is assigned to you to answer any questions that you have. Please reach out to your API Specialist for assistance as this point of contact will provide you with dedicated support. If you do not have the contact information of your  API Specialist, please submit an email our Developer Support team at developer@visa.com  and they will assign you an API Specialist.
