Watch List Screening Error 9124

Help!

I have two issues with the Watch List Screening API.

First : 

With this code the response of API is :

Response Body:
{"responseStatus":{"status":401,"code":"9124","severity":"ERROR","message":"Incorrect credentials supplied","info":""}}

After I tried to use the sample code:

return Request aborted: Cannot create a secure SSL / TLS channel.

But I do the same with SOAPUI with the same credentials and certificate.
Works correctly.

What could be causing this problem?

The solution was to generate the certificate again.
