access to the Authorization API on sandbox

I created a new account, and read most of the documentation, and I'm trying to test the Authorization API and apparently I have no access to it. as I read in the documentation I have to request the access. so I sent an email to the developer@visa.com . I sent the email four days ago with no response nor the access enabled !!. is there something I'm missing ? is there additional step I should take to activate the Authorization API on my account on sandbox !?

appreciate your help

Re: access to the Authorization API on sandbox

Hi @Mozaffer

Are you referring to the Authorization API for VisaNet Connect - Acceptance? The Authorization API can be used by any developer in Sandbox.

To use the entire suite of VisaNet Connect - Acceptance APIs, you must be pre-approved by your acquirer and Visa.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

Thanks,

Illana

Hi illana

yes, I'm trying to use the authorization API of VisaNet Connect - Acceptance.

but I was not able to add it to my project in sandbox, as it is greyed out and disabled - please see the photo attached- Capture.PNG

Hi @API_Products

I did send the request to developer@visa.com about a week ago, didn't get feedback yet.

Thanks
