Can you please provide me following information so i can look into the issue further:

1. Endpoint
2. Request Header
3. Request Body
4. Response Header (include the x-correlation-id)
5. Response Body

What are you using to send the request?? 

Custom code?

Postman?

VDP?

Check your code...  HTTPS will response 400 at a lot of things.

Try clearing your browser cache if you are using custom code.
