How can I get an encPaymentInstrument value for requesting Enroll PAN API

Hello All,

I've failed to get an encPaymentInstrument value in order to use the token service API.
So, I have always received just below response when i use my encPaymentInstrument .

Please, let me how to create a proper encPaymentInstrument value.

Sorry for late reply.   

I was not able to look out for actual request that was sent from you for the VTS API for below mentioned error details,  however if you could either share the sample request or API via email at developer.visa.com happy to dig further and reply what specific is wrong in the request. 

Meanwhile, I will request you to check different attributes of the request and if all are set appropriately with their case in request to Visa - especially apiKey (with capital K), make sure correct API Name is sent in the request and the segregation level so set is XV2.
