Renewing a CERT for Production, Incorrect Credentials error message

Hi Everyone,

I've had quite a struggle attempting to get everything together just to renew my production application.

I see plenty of tutorials and things on how to MAKE a new project and generate a cert for that project, but I keep falling short with just being able to RENEW our prod cert.

 

So far, I've made two new credentials for our prod environment, and I believe the privatekey that I've created is finally working, but outside of that, I can't test within the VISA playground app, nor within postman for our application. Every time I attempt to do so, I get both the 9124 error message (despite having tried the PROD credentials and certificate/private key combos.

 

It's hard to tell what parts of the API documentation and cert information applies to simply renewing a cert as opposed to making a brand new project. If I have a cert renewal, do I have to make a brand new project just to renew? I wouldn't think so but I'm running out of possibilities.

 

Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, unsure if this is related, but I'm now getting a 500 Internal Server error whenever trying to access the Production certificate page.

If you are still experiencing this error, please provide the following information:

 

  1. Endpoint  
  2. Request Header 
  3. Request Body 
  4. Response Header (include the x-correlation-id) 
  5. Response Body
