I revert back to you because this issue is still not resolved. this is the feedback I've received from Visa support : "The quickest resolution would be to move into Certification/Production. As of right now, we do not have a current fix for the issue in Sandbox Environment. We are investigating with our engineers in Sandbox Environment to see viable alternatives ".
I can't imagine this feedback from Visa! How can I be sure that the transaction will work in production, while it does not work in test?

Unfortunately, per the VDP technical team, there are issues with the VPP sandbox environment that are currently under investigation. The VPP APIs are available on a trial basis to enable future enablement.
Regarding your certification/production inquiry, our pricing is dependent on your use case and functions that you have used in your application. We do not have list pricing available because it varies with your function, APIs utilized, relationship with Visa, regional requirements, etc.
