I can able to connect using SOAP UI and Postman. But the key store and trust store setup is giving me issues.

After further investigation, can you please check your IBM configurations? Most likely, there is an issue with your IBM configurations. Also, what region are you from? I can get an API Specialist to reach out to you to schedule a phone call to help resolve the issue.

We have identified that our enterprise firewall is blocking the communication.
Though when you are connected to internet on the same LAN, the network team will enable the outbound requests from servers as a point to point communication. Which means you should raise a request to your network team to open the IP & Port for outbound connections.
But yes keep in mind that, VISA team supports TLSV1.2 connections and your secutiry algorithim should match one of the VISA secutiry algorithm stack.
One way I figured it out I tried the same connectivity using my local machine at home, which succeeded eventually it's put me in to thinking about all these network related configurations and finally landedup on the Firewall.
