Shared Secret is not visible in my Credentials

I am new to Visa Developer Community. I have created my first project to access VBASS Api. The endpoint I will be using does not requre ML Encryption, so I will be using X-Pay Token.

I have created my project and my API Key is there. However, my "Shared Secret" is not visible in the page. I placed my public key to the box mentioning "Public key to encrypt X-Pay Token credentials (required to display encrypted shared secret)" following the guideline (removing the header and footer content and removing the newlines) and I keep getting "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again." error.

How can I access my Shared Secret for my API Key?

Thanks all for your support. The problem has been resolved. Apparently there was a problem during the hashing. We have finished our project and submitted for go live.
