Shared secret is not available in visa developer portal in X-PAY-TOKEN

I'm trying to get the shared secret key, which is not available on the Visa Developer Portal. Is there any other way to obtain the shared secret key? Please respond as soon as possible or provide any current video tutorial related to obtaining the shared secret key.
