Hi,

Is there a way to see if a merchant has made an attempt to withdraw funds from an account linked to a card after a stop instruction has been issued via VEPSS?

Say I block Netflix via VEPSS, can I see whether Netflix has attempted to withdraw money on my card?

[Answer] Yes, by using the VEPSS UI. Every stop instruction in VEPSS has a unique Stop ID and we record the stopped transaction history against each one for issuer to review.

VEPSS is on the roadmap and it's only available in Europe. Its info is currently not publicly available yet but I'll check with the product team on details about the VEPSS UI and I'll get back to you soon!
