Can we use VISA's Foreign exchange API directly or do we need Currencycloud like Revolut?

I just checked out Currencycloud, which offers multicurrency accounts to spend money abroad. Also, VISA has a foreign exchange API. Can we directly use VISA's foreign exchange API or do we need Currencycloud?

Yes, you can use Foreign Exchange Rates API directly. To get started, below is a link to the “Working with Visa APIs” guide. The link will help the user register and create a Visa Developer application.
