Implementing Payment Gateway into website

Good day, I am an independent developer looking to build my own website that connects F&B shops to suppliers (B2B).
I would like to know what kind of APIs Visa offers to allow the F&B shops to have a "Pay Now" button which allows them to pay with card or bank transfer directly to a specific supplier on the list in a website.
Also, is this only possible with a Business Credit Card? Or are Personal Credit Cards also usable.
