Can anyone tell me if it is possible to reward consumer spending via the Offers Platform when a consumer uses another card type like a Mastercard or Amex?

My understanding that this is not possible. When a card is enrolled into VOP, only Visa cards are eligible. American Express, and Mastercard operate their own card networks and VOP is Visa network only.

Hi dholland,

The Visa Offers platform currently works only for Visa Cards.  Engine works out of the data from VisaNet and VisaNet will see only Visa credit and signature debit transactions.
