Using VISA gateway outside USA

Dears,
i am a web developer , i live in saudi arabia
i want to develop E-Commerce  site that uses VISA api as checkout
but your api only supported in united state.
is there  a way to use your service world wide ?

Visa Checkout is currently available in the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Chile, Columbia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, and the United States.

Visa Checkout currently supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
