Verify Visa card PIN number

Hi Team,

We were talking to a ref at VISA today as we are looking for an API endpoint to verify Credit Card Card Present PI?N Numbers.

We were told there was an API from VISA we could use to verify these but i cant find it referenced anywhere on the development site here.

Can someone please confirm if this is avalaible?
