Can the Visa Token Service (API) be integrated with Visa Directs Credit Card Bill Payment.
e.g. Can a token be used to initiate a Credit Card Bill Payment to the account associated with the token? (Specifically, rather than provide the PAN to which a credit card bill payment is to be pushed, is a token that represents the PAN sufficient to generate payment throught VD Credit Card Bill Pay?)
