Where to get RFCID for SubmitFulfillmentRequest

We are wanting to replace our VROL bulk fulfillments with RTSI.
The ROLRTSIDev_20.1_01-31-20.pdf shows there is a

SISubmitRFCFulfillment API which requires VisaCaseNumber and RFCID. But I can't find any calls that might provide me the RFCID for the cases in the Retrieval Queue.

Where can we get the RFCID?

Or, can we fulfill an RFC with only the information in the SIGetQueueRequest Response?

My apologies in the delayed response and I'm happy to share with you this answer to your question. In Chapter6: Request for Copies, in the SIGetRFCAdviceRequest section, it states: The RFCID can be obtained using the SIGetQueue operation described in Chapter 18, Queues.
