How likely would it be for me to get a job Visa as a Developer without a degree?

So, I figure that these type of questions get asked here a lot, and I've actually seen some related information, both here and elsewhere; but I'd like to ask about my specific case. I know that the short answer to "Can I get a job visa without a degree" is actually "yes" and a more complete answer would be "yes but it's hard". But I'd like to get a reply that is tailored to my case. So, some quick facts about me: I'm 24 years old. I'm not an EU national. I'm a front end developer (but by next year I'm aiming to becoming full stack) I know advanced JS, HTML, CSS, React+redux, Angular, Node, SQL databases, Ajax and some containers and I'm currently learning Python, Ruby (later on Rails) and creation of APIs. I have no formal degree, only an associates in Web development which I'm aware is almost worthless in Germany. My experience in the programming/development field, if you count the moment I started studying it, would be from 2016 to the current date, if you count professional experience it would be 1 year, but I also worked another year for Amazon Web Services, and even though I wasn't directly in programming, I believe that in the curriculum it could easily count as IT experience. So best case scenario would be around 2 years of experience in IT. My German level is currently B1. My English level is C2. My idea is to apply through something like stackoverflow, for one of the companies that offer themselves as Visa sponsors. Some of the companies mention that "they're very skilled in the process and they rarely get turned down" but that's an odd statement and I doubt if it's true. I was at the German Embassy the other day and the lady told me that for IT, it's generally easier to get the Visa without a degree, they request for a Specialist visa and since salaries are high, there's not much problems presented. I also read elsewhere that the English level could be a huge advantage, because with C1 and above, the company can contend that they need me because I speak a professional English for a business environment where simple conversational English is not good enough. So, assuming that I get a job offer from a company (the one I'm aiming for claims the pay is from 50K Euro per year to 70k) and with my current situation, do you think it's likely that I'd be approved for a Visa? There's simply so much different information about this online that I just thought asking nationals about my specific case would be better.
