API for virtual card numbers generate

Hello I am trying to implement visa API to my platform that will allow my user to generate a virtual card and use it to purchase things on any website online, so can I get this api to generate card numbers for my users

You can use Visa Token Services for a virtual card use case.  Please contact either your Visa Account Executive, Gateway or Acquiring partner or visit our product page at Visa Ready for more information.
