The beneficiary financial institution or their processor would typically receive the OCT transaction in ISO8583 format as an 0200/0210 or as an 0100 depending on how you currently process card payment transactions, unless you have implemented OCT receive side APIs.
Most beneficiary financial institutions simply receive the OCT to their normal card payment processing endpoint. You can find the sample structure of an ISO8583 Original Credit in the Original Credit Global Implementation Guide located on VisaOnline (VOL). Your Visa Account Manager can assist in obtaining access to the guide.
