This method seems complex. Can I generate a different UserKey for the different card of the same user ? That means every user has more different UserKeys value for different cards and use the userKey value related to this card to do something else like active offer. Is is reasonable and correct ?

Another question, since you said offer is like discounts/deals/benefits, so how to give the discounts/deals/benefits to user when user's card is consumed in Merchant? By what visa api or other method. Is the method Statement Credit Reward?

For the Enroll Customer API, I set the value of "userKey" parmeter as unique string of user(such as email or mp). And only one card is contained in the "cards" parmeter every call of API. When I call the API to bind other card for user, the response is that: { "errorCode": "RTMENRE0025", "errorMessage": "The UserKey provided is already in use." } So how to solve this problem? Should I call the Unenroll Customer API first and then call the Enroll Customer API of containing all the user's card ? Or I can generate a different userKey every time call for the same user ? A confuse, is the "userKey" parmeter related to user or user's card?

Another question, if I want to query the transaction history of card which I enrolled above int the first step, what API should I use? You suggest that Visa Consumer Transaction Control APIs can serve the purpose. However, that is only open for Issuer Banks. We are not Issuer Banks, so are there any other methods ?

Hi, Sanobar: I seem understand. You mean that there is no relevance between receiving a notification of transaction and set up offer, right ? The offer is just another useage of the VOP platfrom, right? If right, can you explain the meaning of "Offer" in another way by example ? Maybe my English is not very good, I always think "Offer" is "a chance of a job", so I'm alaway confused?

If I want implement this function: no matter how much money of the card is spent by the user to purchase something online or offline, we receive a notification of his transaction. On dashboard, is the Callback Configurations receiving the notification of his transaction ? 2.If the answer of the question above is Yes, should I need to set up offer and activite offer for receiving the notification of transcation ? what's the relevance between receiving a notification of transaction and set up offer ? Can you take an example to us about what is offer. Because my team and I are all confused about the offer and understand different opinion from different place of the doucument : a) The first sentence means there is no relevance between receiving a notification of his transaction and set up offer. The document mentioned that below: The first sentence means there is no relevance between receiving a notification of his transaction and set up offer. But We also see this: It means that a transaction must qualify one or more offer. So it is confused. Can you take an example to us about what is offer and what's the relevance between receiving a notification of his transaction and set up offer. Hi, VisaDeveloper: I am a Chinese developer. My company want to implement an APP which has these functions: 1. Allow the user to enter/store credit card or debit card details. Validate if the card entry is correct. Don’t allow incorrect numbers to be registered. Credit Card authentication required here. 2. When the credit card is used by the user to purchase something online in the web or offline in a shop, the app should receive a notification of his transaction. As a result of the discussion, we plan to use the VOP API to achieve these functions.We want to use the Customer API of Enroll Customers for function one and Merchant API to Activate Offers for function two. Don't know whether this idea is correct? If it is right, how the offer should be setted for VOP if we want to implement this function: no matter how much money of the card is spent by the user to purchase something online or offline, the app should receive a notification of his transaction. How parameters of the Save Offer API should be set up ？ As the Guide mentioned: Setting offers for VOP is only available through VOP offer creation UI. Currently, the SaveOffer API available under Documentation is a Beta version and will be deprecated soon. Where is the VOP offer creation UI ? Online waiting for the answer! thanks!
