Thank you for your quick reply. Yes I'm still experiencing the same issue with the Visa Direct application and the Mobile Location Confirmation Application. And apparently, it's the same issue as the one explained in this issue. But I've been able to create the Cybersource application. Maybe, the issue is related to the private key download. Actually I shared this information with the VISA Developer Team (email@example.com), and they are working on it. And I wanted to share it with you.
