Hello Team,
I have submitted Going Live request on 18th July 2024 and there was no reply, after raising a support query on 8th August I received an email on 14th August to resubmit the request and usage and I submitted the same on 15th August, and again no revert from the team. I opened a new support request on 20th and 25th August but still have not received any response from the going live team.
This is quite frustrating, it had been over 6 weeks and there is not clarity at all.
Kindly look into this and provide a solution at the earliest.

If you would like to move forward with Production, please go through the required Going Live steps for the Production Environment.

@I_Doroteo3 The project was accepted for certification 2 weeks back, but there was no BID number generated for my company. I have emailed this to the developers email id several times but there has been no solution. What should I do now?

Please email Visa Developer Support at developer@visa.com and ask them to provide you with an update on your Go Live request.
