Where can I find my Unique ID on the Dashboard?

I am trying to complete the CSR, please can you confirm where I can find the Unique ID?  IS this the USer ID under Credentials?

Resolved: 

To get the CSR Unique Id, go to the dashboard, select the Project Name for which you need to generate the CSR, and click on Settings.

firstly, go to the dashboard and click on the project.
next, generate CSR and go to settings.
