The decrypted Payload sometimes is return as json and sometimes as xml

Hello, I've been testing visa-checkout decryption of Get Payment Data. The issue came up a few weeks ago when the decrypted data started coming in JSON, and a week later came in XML again. Where I can configure how I want to receive the decrypted data?
