Thanks for helping the Visa Developer Community every time you post questions and solutions to this forum! I am happy to hear that you are interested in learning more about the Visa Direct mVisa API but before moving forward with learning more about the Visa Direct mVisa API, it is important to review the Visa Direct documentation via this link - https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/visa_direct/docs

In particular, please see the top few paragraphs that are shaded in yellow that discuss the requirements to use Visa Direct. After having read the documentation, if you meet those requirements, then please click through the link in those paragraphs to the Visa Direct Program Implementation Questionnaire, fill it out, and submit to the email address listed on that form. Please let us know if you have other questions.

but the problem is that, I have upgraded dev tools to Xcode 9.3 and Swift 4.1 and now I can't build my application because of mVisa SDK which is compiled with older version of swift 4.0.x

Can you please confirm if you meet the Visa Direct requirements and if you have filled out and submitted the Visa Direct Program Implementation Questionnaire yet?

We have already launched the product. The questions we've been asking are only about supporting and updating the current functionality. So reagrding your question: Yes, we have submitted everything when launching P2P and P2M respectevly.
