ACCEPTED status for submitting Certificate Signing Request on Production

I have submitted a Certificate Signing Request on Production Project a week ago. Now the request turns to 'ACCEPTED' status, may I know when can I get the new credential as the old one is nearly expired.

Hello, I sent my project for production last Friday, but I didn't get a response from the email Developer@visa.com. How long does it take for them to activate my project that is in production, or at least to respond to my email?
