Re: ACCEPTED status for submitting Certificate Signing Request on Production
Hey @felipebonapart,
Typically, the process for activating a project for production can vary depending on the complexity of the project and the volume of requests being handled by the Visa Developer team. While we strive to respond to all inquiries promptly, it may take a few business days to receive a response or for your project to be activated.
If you have not received a response within a week, we recommend taking the following steps:
1. Follow Up: Send a follow-up email to Developer@visa.com, referencing your original request and providing any additional details that might help expedite the process.
2. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Ensure that the response has not been filtered into your spam or junk email folder.
3. Community Forums: Engage with the Visa Developer Community forums at developer.visa.com. Other developers or Visa representatives who frequent the forums might provide insights or updates on typical response times.
4. Account Manager or Partner Contacts: If you have an account manager or partner contact within Visa, reaching out to them could also help expedite your request.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to support your project. Please continue to stay in touch with our support team for the latest updates on your request.
