Account creation

hi,

i already have a personnal account on vdp but i try to register a company account andthis erroroccurs on registration "We're sorry, the following error occurred. Errors.server.registration.undefined"

We were making tests with my account and we need now to go live with a company account. What's happen and how can i create an acount for my company.

Hmmm -  that's weird. Can you share a screenshot? Make sure that the password/re-entry password meets the criteria and do not exceed 12 characters - try this out and let me know if that works. If not, we'll look into it.

You can also try the troubleshooting tips below to resolve the issue and let us know if the error persists.

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies
  • Use a different special character. For example, use special character ampersand "&" instead of using underscore "_"
  • Try using a different web browser (e.g. IE, Chrome, etc.)
  • Close the tab and open a new tab to complete the registration process
  • Refresh the page
  • While registering, please avoid using all Caps in your First name, Last name, and email
  • Make sure that all the required information is filled out
  • Make sure the information entered into the registration form is filled out correctly. Please remove any extra spaces.
  • Maybe you are using different passwords. Please confirm the ‘password’ and ‘verify password’ match and meet the password requirements and strength. Also, make sure your password does not contain three consecutive numbers like 123.
  • Try registering with a different email address

 

After trying the troubleshooting tips, if the error persists, please send the response request of the error received, screenshot and the Correlation ID. Below are the steps to get the Correlation ID using a Google Chrome browser.
1>Open Chrome menu.
2>Click on More tools then Developer tools.
3>Check the box to Preserve Log for the Network Tab.
4>Click on the error and go to the Headers.
5>You can find the Correlation ID in the network log.
